Yoga and 12 step Recovery

Addictive patterns live in the body and mind. This workshop is for anybody whose life is affected by drugs, alcohol, food, sex or just plain old habitual patterns of behavior that negatively affect lives. Addictive behavior diminishes our power causing isolation and separation. Yoga means union, joining together this workshop unites the yoga and recovery communities.

The evening will consist of asana practice and discussion/sharing. Come join us for this very special evening!
